Park in the hotel garage, and the hostess will validate your ticket. Then go inside and snag a table near the open kitchen, and watch the chef and his team work their magic.
SIGNATURE DISHES: Dishes are prepared using fresh, local ingredients. What else would you expect in the Farm-to-Fork Capital of America? Dawson’s is known for its delicious, tender steaks — including its signature bone-in rib-eye (pictured above). Other stand-out dishes include the Filet Mignon, Seafood Cioppino, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and incredibly gooey and cheesy French Onion Soup.
DISH FROM DINERS: “Seriously delicious… The service is wonderful and the food is just magnificent. Ordered the rib-eye medium rare (came out perfectly) and the rosemary fries … Just wonderful is all I can say.”
